(Eng sub) & Tiếng Việt: A twist of the famous Chocolate Crinkle, which I think would be perfect for Xmas, Valentine, or whichever occasions you want to "wow" the others. The taste of this cookie is the same as traditional Chocolate crinkle, which is crispy outside and soft, velvety chocolatey inside. The only thing that makes it more marvelous is the color.

List of ingredients is as follows (make 20 - 25 pieces)

75 grams unsalted butter - softened at room temp
25 grams cream cheese - softened at room temp
240 grams all purpose flour
12 grams cocoa powder
1/2 tsp salt
1.5 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp baking soda
1.5 tsp (7 ml) lime juice (lemon juice is also fine)
2 tsps (10 ml) milk
2 tsp (10 ml) red food coloring
160 grams icing sugar
2 eggs - medium size

* IMPORTANT NOTE: You need to chill the dough in the freezer for at least 3 hours, otherwise, when baked, it will melt and spread very quickly. Also, you want to handle the dough (shaping stage) very quickly to avoid the warmth from the hands making the dough soft.
