Description

(Eng sub & Tiếng Việt) Super soft and fluffy white chiffon cake with milky and creamy fillings. If it's not the strawberry season, feel free to use other fruits such as mango, kiwi, other types of berries, bananas, etc.

INGREDIENTS

* Chiffon cake

175 grams/ 5 egg white (medium sized eggs)
1/2 tsp cafe cream of tartar
55 grams (4 tbsp) sugar
50 ml (3.5 tbsp) milk
45 ml (3 tbsp) oil
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
35 grams (2 tbsp + 1 tsp) all purpose flour
15 grams (1.5 tbsp) corn starch
25 grams (1.5 tbsp) milk powder

* Fillings

300 ml (1-1/4 cups) whipping cream - cold
45 grams (3 tbsp) sweetened condensed milk (can be adjusted to taste)
150 grams strawberries

* Cream for outer frosting (optional)

150 ml (2/3 cup) whipping cream - cold
15 grams (1 tbsp) sugar
